Refunds

If the Customer cancels the contract prior commencement, Quarrie Stone Australia Pty Ltd (Quarrie Stone) will refund all monies paid under the contract less all reasonable costs (material purchase, template/measurements/manufacture etc.) Conditions apply. The orders will be cancelled or the work deferred with a written agreement of Quarrie Stone. In the event of any attempted cancellation, otherwise with the written agreement, Quarrie Stone will deduct from the deposit that the Customer has paid to Quarrie Stone.

Products that are custom made to Customers specifications, due to this nature, we are unable to approve refunds or exchanges. 

Refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. T&C applies.
